Job Description
- Collaborate with the Analysis, Research, and other departments to develop ideas, video scripts, effects, and sound to present research data in an engaging and appealing manner.
- Handle video post-production (editing, cutting, effects, sound, color grading, etc.) suitable for various platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and websites.
- Generate creative ideas and edit captivating short films from interview content, events, project analysis, news bulletins, internal programs, etc.
- Assist in video recording or supervise agency livestreams during company events.
- Collaborate with other departments under the guidance of the Head of Video Production

Requirements
- Creative mindset, ability to apply storytelling techniques in video editing.
- Stay updated with trending content trends on social media platforms.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in video editing or related field, or relevant graduation.
- High aesthetic sense, diverse creative style.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
- Experience in using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Good teamwork, proactive and creative in work.
- Ability to handle work pressure. Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in filming, understanding camera angles, lighting, etc., is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of the blockchain and crypto market; proficiency in English is a plus
