Job Description
- Implement website design and programming as per company requirements.
- Optimize, add, modify website interfaces, modules, and features as requested.
- Propose changes to website structure, content, links, and other elements to optimize the website.
- Optimize website interfaces across devices for the best user experience.
- Administer, maintain, operate, and develop the company’s internal website system.
- Manage and resolve issues related to VPS, hosting, and domain.
- Monitor, report, and analyze the website on a weekly basis.
- Research and update UI/UX design trends.
- Collaborate with the Design, Analysis (Content), and PR-Marketing departments to upload data to the website.

Requirements
- Experience in server setup, VPS, CI/CD, and domain management.
- 2 years of experience in ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Knowledge and experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery/Bootstrap.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other website design tools.
- Ability to develop a strategy for building internal company website links.
- Knowledge of SEO principles. In-depth experience and knowledge of SEO are advantageous.
- Knowledge of website analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Data Studio, Semrush, BrightEdge, Google Search Console).
- Knowledge and experience in email marketing tools.
- Strong system thinking, logical thinking, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Knowledge and passion for the blockchain industry.
- Basic English reading comprehension.

– Thực hiện thiết kế, lập trình website theo yêu cầu của công ty
– Tối ưu, thêm mới sửa đổi giao diện, module, tính năng website theo yêu cầu của công ty
– Đề xuất các thay đổi đối với cấu trúc trang web, nội dung, liên kết và các yếu tố khác để tối ưu website

Yêu cầu
– Có kinh nghiệm về setup server, VPS, CI/CD, quản lý domain
– Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm về ReactJs và NodeJS
– Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm làm việc về HTLM/CSS/JavaScript/Jquery/ Bootstrap
– Có kinh nghiệm với WordPress là một lợi thế
– Có khả năng sử dụng các phần mềm thiết kế Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator hoặc các phần mềm thiết kế website khác
– Có khả năng lên chiến lược xây dựng liên kết website nội bộ của công ty
– Có kiến thức về các nguyên tắc trong SEO (Tối ưu hoá công cụ tìm kiếm). Có kinh nghiệm và hiểu biết sâu sắc về SEO là một lợi thế.
– Có kiến thức về các công cụ phân tích trang web (ví dụ: Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Data Studio, Semrush, BrightEdge, Google Search Console)
