Job Description
- Collaborate with Content Writers to ideate and design content-related products such as infographics, banners, covers, magazines, etc.
- Â Generate ideas and design communication materials for websites, landing pages, social media platforms, online-offline events, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and aligned with the GFI brand. Maintain consistency in brand/message throughout marketing campaigns.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs, as necessary.
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices.Â
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.Â
- Work closely with the marketing team to support their design needs, such as creating graphics for social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other industry-standard software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.Â
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Â
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Â
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Â
- Familiarity with digital design and UX/UI principles is a plus.Â
- Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques.
