Job Description

  • Develop and implement community-building strategies to grow and engage our online community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and other online channels.
  • Monitor and actively engage with community members, responding to their inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and curate engaging content to share with the community, such as articles, blog posts, videos, and graphics, to foster discussion and encourage participation.
  • Identify and leverage user-generated content to showcase and promote the community and its members
  • Monitor community trends, interests, and feedback to provide valuable insights and suggestions for improving products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and engagement to continuously improve community strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse community members.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
  • Ability to develop creative and engaging content that resonates with the community.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting to track community engagement and measure the success of community initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging community situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of Blockchain/Cryptocurrency.
  • Proficient in English (all four skills).
