Job Description
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and new opportunities.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, digital technologies, and tools.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar senior marketing role.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
