Job Description
- Test, collect, and analyze data as well as results, identify trends and detailed information to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Optimize the website and landing pages of the campaign according to SEM.
- Search, expand, and optimize keywords.
- Research and implement SEM optimization proposals.
- Research and analyze advertising links from competing competitors.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Project, Content & Production department to ensure the implementation of best SEO practices.
- Run SEO to identify technical issues, research and ideate keywords, develop metadata, on-page modifications, and website development based on performance and client objectives.
- Monitor, report, and analyze the website as well as PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaign costs, maintain budgets, estimate monthly expenses, and adjust discrepancies.
- Propose changes to website structure, content, links, and other elements to improve SEO rankings for target keywords.

Requirements
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and managing PPC campaigns on Google.
- Strong understanding of marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Deep expertise with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Data Studio, Semrush, BrightEdge, Google Search Console).
- Experience with A/B testing or other types of testing.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development.
- Familiarity with ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Knowledge and passion for the blockchain field.
- Project management, organizational, and meticulous skills.
